- We will pay you 15% on the approved purchase requests of customers who initially follow a special URL assigned to you that you place on your web site.
- Checks will be mailed around the middle of every month when your commissions total $10 or more. If your commissions do not total at least $10, they will carry over every month until they total $10 or more. Commissions on a sale are earned upon verification of payment from the customer and no refund has been requested from the customer and at least 45 days have passed from the date of the sale.
- Your social security number must be in our files before commissions can be paid. You will be asked for your social security number when your first commission check has been earned.
- We reserve the right to change the percentage or structure paid for commissions at any time.
- We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time.
- We can terminate your participation in the webtdcenter.com affiliation program at any time for any reason. Termination could result in our program for unethical practices such as spamming (the sending of unsolicited email), linking to our site from offensive or pornographic sites, etc.
- We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits or data arising in connection with this program.
- We will not be liable for loss of revenue due to any computer failures, any server failures or any problem that may cause commission and sales records to be lost.
- It is your responsibility to notify us of a change in your mailing address by sending us an email to wtc@webtdcenter.com stating your are requesting a change of address along with your name, address, phone number, ID# and password.
